How many category levels are supported ?
Currently the system supports up to 2nd level category. For adding products to catalogue, either it can be under the primary category or secondary category. If Primary category have Sub-Category , Products can only be added under the Sub-Category.
What is a catalog ?
It is a strategic process of managing your product catalog to ensure the quality of your product data across your sales medium. It contains detailed information about your products such as name, description, unit of measure, SKU value, price etc.
How many attributes will the system accept ?
There is no restriction on the number of attributes that can be made, although the system does not currently support multi-dependent attributes.
How to add attributes ?
On the menu sidebar, navigate to the third icon, select Attributes and then select Add Attribute. Provide the required details such as name, type, description etc and select Save. To view/edit attribute information, select Edit and then Save.
What is an attribute ?
An attribute represents the different characteristics of the same product, such as the size or color of a shirt.
How to create salesman users ?
On the menu sidebar, navigate to the second icon, select Warehouses and then select Salesman Details tab. Select Add Sales Executive and provide the required details such as name, email phone number and select Save. Check email for system generated verification mail.

While setting up your warehouse, step 3/4 will require you to create an order fulfillment user by providing name, number and login credentials. Check email for system generated verification mail. Please refer to How do I set up a warehouse ?
How to create a warehouse admin user ?
By default as soon as your email registration process is complete and you have signed into Storimart.com/admin you are set as the warehouse admin. You will have control on creating other users and setting up your mobile application with products.
